All items bought online or in-store from Me! Jewels by Pucca gold and jewellery are eligible for a free 7-day return. The return window is calculated from the date of purchase on the sales voucher for orders within Yangon and the date of delivery from our courier services for orders outside of Yangon. Please refer to the following details for individual return/exchange policies.

Engraved Products

All items that are engraved are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

Bundle Sets

The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, and/or size exchange.

Other products

• It is unused/worn. (There should be no sign of wear by the consumer)
• It is in the same condition as it was sold. (No dents, no fading of colour, etc.)
• It is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (defined as the date on the receipt).
• The original invoice/receipt and certificate is provided.
• The product was not altered at the time of purchase.
• The product was not altered after the purchase.
• If the customer exchanges the product for a higher value product, then the difference in the amounts shall be paid by the customer.

Customised Products

All items that were customised to fit our customers' design needs are not eligible for a return at any time after order confirmation.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Me! Jewels has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of mebypucca.com/ Me! Jewels stores) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

We guarantee 100% buyback on items (including customised items) bought online/in-store from Me! Jewels by Pucca. All products can be resold/exchanged at either our Me! showroom and store or Pucca showroom.

At the time of buyback/exchange, please present us with the original sales receipt for us to cross check the product to its weight and size.

All fixed price items will be bought back at a 15% discount on the selling price of the item after we check the product. For exchange, all fixed price items will be valued at a 10% discount on the selling price of the item.

For items sold with wastage, the value of the item will be calculated based on its weight at the going gold price of 18K gold less 10,000ks per tical.

Gemstone Products

Products with gemstones will be bought back with up to 20% discount on the selling price depending on the status of the gemstones. 

Discounted Products

Discounted items will be bought back at 20% discount of the discounted price.

Bundle Sets

Bundled Sets that are bought together cannot be sold separately as the selling price is calculated on the total of all products.
